Technical-constructive features:
Internal core in polyamide, reinforcement with double high tensile steel braid, exterior covering in antiabrasion polyurethane, on request it is also available in micro perforated version for air and compatible gas.
Applications:
The MT2 series hoses have been created for the high pressure conduction of Polyols, Solvents, Paints and compatible gas.
Utilization temperature:
From –40°C to +100°C. Max. working temperature of air, water and fluids containing water: + 70°C.
Working pressure:
Safety ratio 1:4 for DYNAMIC pressure.
On specific customer’s request: Safety ratio 1:3 for STATIC pressure.
Specifications:
These hoses meet or exceed standards SAE 100R2 pressures.
