Mandrel built steam hose designed for use with saturated steam up to 206 °C / 17 bar and peaks of superheated steam up to 232 °C / 17 bar. Complying BS5342 type 2A.
Tube:
Black smooth rubber, heat and steam resistant. Studied also to avoid cracks and hardening.
Reinforcement:
High strength spiral wire.
Cover:
Black, smooth rubber, abrasion, ozone and weather resistant. Pin pricked to evacuate gases. Fabric impression.
Working temperature:
From -40°C to +232°C.
